This is a suit in replevin brought in the Huntington Circuit Court by appellee against Edward S. Brown, one of appellants, to recover possession of certain goods in the hands of said appellant, said action being based on an alleged bill of sale hereinafter set out in the special finding of facts, and, there being a special finding of facts, we give no consideration to the pleadings in the case, nor to the rulings of the court thereon.
