Yahir Lara pleaded guilty to illegally reentering the United States after removal subsequent to a conviction for an aggravated felony in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1101(a)(43). R. 18 (Order Accepting Plea Petition) (Page ID #22-30). The probation office'classified Lara’s prior conviction for aggravated burglary as a “crime of violence” pursuant to U.S.S.G. § 2L1.2(b)(l)(A)(ii) (2013) and recommended the attendant sixteen-level enhancement.
