Bodeanu v. Bertorelli

In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the *425plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Lonschein, J.), dated May 23, 1989, which, upon a trial ruling granting the motion by the defendants Joan Bertorelli and Joseph Bertorelli to dismiss the complaint at the close of the plaintiff’s evidence for failure to present a prima facie case, is in favor of those defendants and against her.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
