Before the Court is a petition for injunctive relief brought by the National Labor Relations Board under Section 10(7) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended. 29 U.S.C. § 160(7).

The petition alleges that respondents have been and are engaging in unfair labor practices within the meaning of Section 8(b)(7) subparagraphs (A) and (C) of the Act. 29 U.S.C. § 158(b)(7)(A) and (C).
