This is an appeal from an order dismissing plaintiff’s bill of complaint seeking a declaratory judgment construing an insurance policy issued by plaintiff to defendant.

Defendant owned property on East Eight Mile road in the city of Detroit. On September 22, 1960, plaintiff issued to defendant its policy of fire insurance in the amount of $30,000. The policy insured 4 buildings as follows:

2. $ 5,000 on a 1-story frame building

3. $10,000 on a 1-story frame building

4. $10,000 on another 1-story frame building.
