In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, defendant Louis Paratore appeals from ap order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Ferraro, J.), entered May 17,1982, which denied his motion to dismiss the action as against him for want of prosecution. By order dated March 14, 1983, this court, inter alia, reversed Special Term’s order and granted Para-tore’s motion dismissing the complaint as to him (Saleh v Paratore, 92 AD2d 889).
