Nicholas E. Brodhead died in this county, on July 25,1892, intestate. On August 4,1892, on the petition of his widow, and with no citation' issued to, or appearance for, Harold Brodhead, an infant son, Augustus H. Van Burén, apparently a stranger to the estate, was appointed administrator of the estate of the deceased and entered upon the discharge of his duties. On July 12, 1895, a petition was filed in this court by Mary J. Mowell, she claiming to be a judgment creditor of said administrator, praying that a decree be made requiring said administrator to render an account of his…
