These are appeals from judgments of the Passaic County Board of Taxation, dismissing applications for exemption from taxation of certain lands and improvements alleged to constitute non-taxable cemetery property. The property in question was duly assessed for taxation for the year 1940 by the City of Clifton, as four separate parcels.
