OPINION
NYE, Chief Justice.
This is an appeal from a murder conviction. Appellant was tried by a jury who assessed punishment at life in the Texas Department of Corrections.
Appellant asserts two grounds of error on appeal. First, he claims that there was insufficient evidence presented at trial to prove that he intentionally and knowingly caused the death of David Richard Gonzales by shooting him with a gun.
