The primary issue presented by this appeal is whether, under the Illinois Uniform Commercial Code, loan documents can supplement a security agreement to create a security interest in property inadvertently omitted from the security agreement’s enumeration of secured collateral. The bankruptcy court dismissed a secured party’s claim of a security interest in property not described in the security agreement. The district court affirmed the dismissal.
