Appellants Vimy Ridge Municipal Water Improvement District 139 and The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. (collectively referred to as Vimy Ridge) appeal the order of the Pulaski County Circuit Court granting summary judgment in favor of appellees J.A. Ryles; Rylwell LLC; John Ryles; Whitwell Inc.; and Mark Wilcox, Land Commissioner (collectively referred to as the Ryles appellees).
