KENNARD, J.

A jury convicted defendant Jon Scott Dunkle of the first degree murders of 15-year-old John Davies and 12-year-old Lance Turner, finding true a multiple-murder special-circumstance allegation and weapon-use enhancement allegations. (Pen. Code, §§ 187, 190.2, subd. (a)(3), 12022, subd. (b).) After a penalty trial, the same jury returned a verdict of death. This appeal is automatic. (§ 1239, subd. (b).)

We affirm the judgment.
