National Bank of Detroit petitions for a writ of mandamus to compel tbe State land office board to issue a deed to it of certain lands located in tbe city of Detroit.

Tbe facts have been stipulated and in substance are as follows: On May 3, 1938, the State of Michigan purchased at the annual tax sale held pursuant to the provisions of Act No. 206, Pub. Acts 1893, as amended, 1 Comp. Laws 1929, § 3389 et seq., as amended, the following described premises:
