The complainant below, Tom Cobb, appeals from a decree of the Chancery Court of Hardeman County dismissing his suit in which he sought to be declared the owner of 106 acres of land in Hardeman County.
On March 22, 1919, the complainant Tom Cobb’s wife, Anna Cobb, obtained a divorce against him on the grounds of adultery in the Chancery Court of Hardeman County which he did not defend. At the time of the divorce the complainant, Tom Cobb, was the owner in fee simple of a tract of land containing 20 acres and another tract of land containing 82 acres.
