This wrongful death action came before the Court on July 22,2009, for argument on the demurrers of the Defendants, Northern Virginia Electric Cooperative (“NOVEC”), Bromley’s Utility Consulting Services, L.L.C. *267(“BUCS”), and Leesburg Business Park, L.L.C. (“LBP”) to the Amended Complaint filed by Cecilia Rodriguez, Administrator of the Estate of Ubaldo Rodriguez, deceased. For the reasons hereinafter set forth, the demurrers are overruled.
