Judge William C. Marshall, a resident citizen of the state of Missouri, died testate, leaving a last will and testament in which his two daughters were named executrices and sole beneficiaries without bond. It appears that his personal estate was situated in St. Louis, Mo., his real estate in Warren county, Miss., and that his will was admitted to probate in St. Louis, Mo., and his personal estate administered there.
