Oxford Chemicals, Inc. (employer), seeks review of the order of the Industrial Claim Appeals Office (Panel) awarding Leslie Richardson (claimant) workmen’s compensation benefits, medical benefits, and remanding this matter to the Administrative Law Judge (AU) for a determination of penalties. We affirm the order of the Panel in all respects except for its remand on the penalty. We dismiss the petition as to the penalty.
