I. BACKGROUND

This cause is before the court on Defendant’s Bill of Costs (Doc. # 61) filed on *1298April 13, 2012 in response to the court entering final judgment on April 10, 2012 (Doc. # 60). In that order, the court entered judgment in favor of the Defendant, Mando America Corporation, and taxed costs to the Plaintiff, Leanne Renee Kidd.
