Per Curiam,

This is an appeal from an order of the court below quashing a writ of alternative mandamus, allowed on the prayer of George F. Barber, in a proceeding to regain the offices of vice-president and treasurer of defend ant company, from which positions he alleges he was unlawfully removed by the board of directors of that corporation.
