-P. H. Griffin, joined by his wife Cora L. Griffin, as plaintiffs in the court below, brought this suit against appellant, the Citizens’ Railway Company, for damages for personal injuries claimed to have been sustained by plaintiff’s wife while a passenger on appellant’s street cars in the city of Waco on the 10th of December, 1906.
