American Province of the Servants of Mary Real Estate Corp. v. County of Douglas

The plaintiff, American Province of the Servants of Mary Real Estate Corporation, a corporation, brought this action in the district court for Douglas County against' Douglas County and Ernest Adams, the treasurer thereof.
