This is an appeal by the employer and its insurance carrier from a decision of the Workmen’s Compensation Board, filed April 15, 1970, which affirmed an award by a Referee.

The claimant, a minor, was 16 years of age when he suffered an injury in his employment as a result of which he was disabled for the period commencing January 24, 1969 to May 12, 1969.
