This libel was filed to recover possession of the bark Gr. Bensons by the libelant, as the alleged owner of nineteen thirty-seconds. Tho defendant Bisley, who is master and in possession, claims to be the owner of twonty-six thirty-seconds, including the nineteen thirty-seconds claimed by the libelant.
