MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ZAGEL, District Judge.

Plaintiffs Mary D. Dovenmuehle, Elizabeth Dovenmuehle Rothermel, George H. Dovenmuehle, Jr. and Theodore H. Buenger brought this action in order to enjoin the defendants, Gilldorn Mortgage Midwest Corporation (“GMMC”), Gilldorn Insurance Midwest Corporation (GIMC”) 1 and Dovenmuehle, Inc., from using their family name and trade name “Dovenmuehle” in their respective businesses.
