In re Renee

In my opinion, this case does not differ in principle from the case of Verbsky v. Burger, 146 Ohio St., 235, 65 N. E. (2d), 695, and my concurrence herein is withheld on the grounds stated in the dissents of Judge Hart and myself in that case.
