I.INTRODUCTION
American Home Assurance Company (“American Home” or “Plaintiff’) brought this case against Weaver Aggregate Transport, Inc. (“Weaver” or “Third-Party Plaintiff’) on June 30, 2009. (Doc. # 1). Weaver filed a third-party complaint against Beacon Industrial Staffing, Inc. (“Beacon” or “Third-Party Defendant”) on January 22, 2010. (Doc. # 25).
