Findings of Fact.

JENKINS, J.

On May 27, 1915, W. D. Cooper was a brakeman on appellant’s train. He went between tbe cars to adjust a.knuckle in order to make a coupling. He wits caught between the drawheads and received injuries from which he died immediately. At the October term, 1915, the county judge of Bell county, where the deceased resided at the time of his death', appointed his wife, Mrs. Dona Cooper, temporary administratrix of the estate of W. D.
