This case involves the question of whether there was a breach, or breaches, of a lease agreement.

Appellants, Mary Dolores Baca and Susan Robertson Gerard, as individuals and as trustees of the Louise V. Stover Trust, who were owners of the property in question (landlords), brought this action alleging that appellee Walgreen Co. (tenant) had breached its lease with the landlords by failing to comply with a demand that the tenant install .a dry fire extinguishing system and automatic fuel cut-off device for the cooking appliances.
