In Re Engebretson's Estate

A.N. Graff, the administrator of the estate of Lars Engebretson, deceased, presented to the County Court of Minnehaha County an "Annual Report of Administration". In this report the administrator sought approval of the payment of $1,913.82 to C.L. Engebretson, asked for the allowance of certain attorney fees, and further sought approval of the payment of $54 interest which he had paid on a certain $1,500 note.
