MEMORANDUM OPINION

BULLOCK, District Judge.

Before the court is Plaintiffs’ motion to remand this civil action to the General Court of Justice, Superior Court Division, Guilford County, North Carolina, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c). Plaintiffs, in addition to their contention that there is an absence of diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a)(1), also ask the court to abstain from hearing this case for lack of jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334(c)(2).
