Affirming.
Arch Yires made application to the Workmen’s Compensation Board for adjustment of a compensation claim under the Workmen’s Compensation Law (Ky. Stats., c. 137, secs. 4880-4987). The basis of the claim was dependency upon Chester Yires, son of the claimant, who had been killed while working for Fugate Bros., a partnership composed of Bufus Fugate and Lewis Fugate.
