James Rachael (Appellant) here appeals from an order of .the Court of Common Pleas of Cambria County denying his post-trial motions which took exception to the dismissal of -his complaint. We affirm.
Appellant was elected Tax Collector for Adams Township, Cambria County in the municipal election of November, 1981. On February 22, 1983, Appellant filed a civil ¡action in assumpsit and equity challenging ■the validity of a resolution passed on February 11, 1981 by the Forest Hills .School District .(District) that *132set the Compensation to be paid to its tax collectors.
