Mrs. Martha Pugh Dandridge, individually and as tutrix of her minor child, filed suit against J. K. Watkins and William C. Hines, both employees of the United Gas Public Service Company, and the Fidelity & Casualty Company of New York, the said company’s public liability insurer of a truck driven by its said employees, claiming damages in the sum of $55,355, for the death of plaintiff’s husband, Ben U. Dandridge, who was the father of the minor, Catherine Dandridge. Subsequently, she filed suit against the United Gas Public Service Company, United Gas Corporation, Union Production…
