OBERDORFER, District Judge.

Theodore G. Williams, the petitioner, appeals the district court’s order denying his *609motion for relief from judgment. The district court entered judgment, denying Williams’ petition for habeas relief, after Williams failed to timely file objections to the magistrate’s report and recommendation.
