Hall, instituted this action before the District Court of the First District, praying that certain real property, which had been conveyed from Hall, through several intermediate vendees, to the defendant, might be adjudged to be still the property of their debtor, the conveyances annulled as fraudulent, and the property deolared subject to'seizure and sale in satisfaction of their judgments.
