An information wae filed against appellant in Kootenai County charging him with the crime of “Failing to file the statement of personal expenses required under Sections 34-620 and 34-621, I.C.” The information alleged that appellant failed, neglected or refused to file with the County Auditor of Kootenai County a statement of his personal expenses affecting his nomination to the office of Sheriff of Kootenai County within twenty days after the date of holding the nominating election as provided in Sections 34-620 and 34 — 621, I.C.
