In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiffs appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Berger-*776man, J.), dated October 19, 1993, which, upon the granting of the defendant’s motion pursuant to CPLR 4401 to dismiss the complaint, made at the close of the plaintiffs’ case and renewed at the close of the defendant’s case, dismissed the complaint.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
