In August, 1925, C. G-. Evans and Stoney Amiek purchased a number of billboards from L. B. Coleman and conducted an outdoor poster advertising business under a partnership then or theretofore formed. As business demands increased, other billboards were erected in Pike and Floyd and possibly in other counties. In 1927, a corporation known as the Evans-Amick Poster Advertising Company was formed by Stoney Amiek, C. GJ-. Evans, and Mrs. C. Gr.
