This is a petition to review and set aside an order of the Federal Power Obmmission under § 7 of the Natural Gas Act1 granting the application of Texas Eastern Transmission Corporation for á certificate of public convenience and necessity. The certificate authorized abandonment of the Little Inch pipeline between Baytown, Texas, and Moundsville, West Virginia, as a natural gas pipeline.
