— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Marrus, J.), rendered February 1, 1989, convicting him of rape in the first degree (two counts), sodomy in the first degree, rape in the second degree, sexual abuse in the first degree, and incest, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
