MANTON, Circuit Judge.

Defendant below, a life insurance company, in the course of its business, issues in one policy of insurance indemnity for total and permanent disability, and also double indemnity in the event of death due to accidental causes, as well as ordinary life insurance.' Section 504 of the act of 1917 (40 Stat. 315 [Comp. St. 1918, § 630934a]) and section 503 of the act of 1918 (40 Stat. 1104 [Comp. St. Ann.
