Presently before this court for disposition are preliminary objections filed on behalf of defendants Green Acres Contracting Co. Inc., Paul Humberston, and Thomas Pisula to plaintiff’s amended complaint.

Defendants raise several objections for our consideration. Defendants first object pursuant to Pa.R.C.P. 1028(a)(1) and claim that this court lacks subject matter jurisdiction as to defendants Paul Humberston and Thomas Pisula because no charge was filed against them with the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission.
