I disagree with the result and reasoning of the majority in this case. I believe it is significant that the policies were before the trial court and the court of appeals and that at no level of judicial review have the parties referred to specifically or relied on the select provisions of the policy that are relied on by the majority. I believe the policies must be looked at as a total contract. This was the view of the court of appeals also.
