Ruth Soper Darnell, on February 26, 1915, filed her bill of complaint against James Morrison Darnell, in the Circuit Court of Cook county, praying that a decree be entered requiring the defendant to make suitable provision for the support of the complainant and the minor child of the parties, and that she be awarded the care, custody and education of the child.
