Pennsylvania Capital Bank (hereinafter “Capital”), intervenor in the above-captioned adversary actions, requests a determination that summary judgment entered in favor of Dollar Bank (hereinafter “Dollar”) and against debtor and other parties by the Court of Common Pleas of Lawrence County, Pennsylvania, violated the automatic stay and therefore is void.
