This is an appeal from an order which granted the motion of respondent-appellee, Sidney R. Olsen, Cook County registrar of titles, to strike and dismiss the petition of Jaci L. Burdash, appellant, for a rule to show cause why Olsen should not be held in contempt of court for refusing to comply with the provisions of a certain tax deed order. The tax deed order directed the registrar to issue a new owner’s certificate of title to the subject property to appellant Burdash.
