Petitioner is the owner of real property in Valley Stream, New York, known as the Green Acres Shopping Center. It has instituted several proceedings pursuant to Real Property Tax Law article 7 seeking a reduction in the land assessments on the several parcels making up the shopping center property for the tax years 1967/1968 through 1977/1978.
