People v. Engle

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered April 23, 1979, upon resentence, convicting him of attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. This appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of defendant’s motion to suppress evidence found in the car in which he had been seated just prior to his arrest.
