Before the court for disposition are competing petitions for contempt filed on behalf of the plaintiff, Heather D. Greathouse (hereinafter, “mother”), and the defendant, Stanley L. Greathouse, III (hereinafter, “father”). The court has also been presented *33with a motion to compel production of documents filed on behalf of father.
