Plaintiffs-Appellants BPNC, Inc., Brian Pearson and Nicolas Costanzo (collectively “Plaintiffs”) appeal the district court’s orders granting Defendant-Appellee Hope Taft’s (“Taft”) motion to dismiss and Defendants-Appellees Rae Ann Estep, Pam Laycock, Rodney Isaacson, and Earl Mack’s (collectively “State Defendants”) motion for judgment on the pleadings. For the reasons set forth below, we will affirm the orders of the district court.
